L3p D3sk by - Silent Workstation by Peter Brands (l3p)

Project Log: Here

Water-cooling your PC has its benefits, but there are a few downsides too. Removing hardware takes longer and you also need a large case to fit in all the extra hardware, such as radiators, pumps and reservoirs. Peter Brands gave up on the idea of using a large case, and instead built a huge desk to house his water-cooled PC.

It's not just any desk, though. It's one of the most amazing water-cooled PCs we've ever seen. Complete with a clear desk surface, with the glowing metallic hardware beneath in clear view, as well as UV-illuminated coolant, L3p D3sk is an awesome sight to behold. Peter's project was featured in Custom PC's Reader's Drives in Issue 97, won Mod of the Month in November last year and is sure to be a tough one to beat for the Mod of the Year top spot.
